Override dates not showing up appropriately

Description

Pre-conditions:

  • PC time zone: UTC -5:00 Eastern Time (US & Canada)

  • User's Atlassian profile time zone: America / Chicago (UTC -5:00)

To reproduce:

  • Open chart configuration > Calendar(s) tab

  • Add date range November 24, 2022 - November 25, 2022 as non-business override

AR
The added date range is shown as November 23, 2022 - November 24, 2022

ER
The added date range is shown as November 24, 2022- November 25, 2022

Tested, using 4 different users in different time zones:

  • Ukraine/Kyiv

  • America/Chicago

  • Australia/Currie

  • UTC

With four time zones the override creation works correctly, in chart configuration. Even though, the time zone in Atlassian profile and PC time zone may differ.


The created override is displayed correctly on a chart, assuming the time zone in Atlassian profile and PC time zone are the same.
