Cloud version of Gantt Suite for Jira plugin does not store any sensible stores following information on it's server. In our database we store your Confluence domain and addon related settings. We need to store the BrizoIT server:
- all the chart configuration data (like name, working days / hours, selected security, etc)
- user settings (like chart filters and visibility toggles)
- baseline dates and issue keys
- your domain to distinguish users and support authentication

Also the plugin does not store any data in browsers' cache. Once your close or leave a page with the plugin, the browser looses all data.

Account removal and data retention
There is nothing to remove since the plugin does not store any sensible information on the server. You just uninstall the pluginData is not deleted when plugin gets uninstalled. This is needed to avoid data loss on uninstall/reinstall scenarios. Please contact us at support@brizoit.com to delete your data. We are working on a script that will automatically remove the data two months after the uninstall.
