First of all, the advanced hierarchy is now supported in both versions, Cloud and Data Center/Server.

The currently detected functionality limitations are next: in Table, ‘Parent Link’/Parent column, the issue picker does not show any issue suggestions, once a user tries to inline edit the parent value for a given task for a particular task, a user can practically select any issue to become parent via inline editing in Table as the issues in issue suggestions are not filtered in accordance with Jira Plan for the column ‘Parent Link’/Parent in Table, the issue picker is case sensitive. Meaning, a user has to type in the whole issue key in upper case letters for the issue to be inserted successfully, once ENTER key is clicked.
The Plan hierarchy level creation and editing is not supported as Gantt chart, once configured, is based strictly on existing Plan in Jira. |
