Do you have tasks in your project that act as a parent to another tasks? If yes, please don’t forget to include the field Parent to grouping fields. Skipping it might cause the incorrect display for task duration. |

In order to be able to operate with the baselines when task grouping is done, a user would have to create the baseline(s), after the tasks are grouped. In case a user creates a baseline first, then performs a task grouping, the baselines won’t work as they become irrelevant. |
