When you install a trial or buy a license for one of BrizoIT Atlassian add-ons, Atlassian gives us access to the Atlassian account used for the transaction. We do not store or process this account information.
We may use the email and the name from the account to send periodic emails informing about new features and updates in our products. You may opt-out from these emails by clicking Unsubscribe link that is present in every email.
We reserve right to identify you as an BrizoIT customer in our promotional materials. You may request that we stop doing so by submitting an email to sales@brizoit.com at any time.
Cloud version of Encrypted Content for Confluence
Data storage and location
Cloud version of Encrypted Content for Confluence plugin does not store any personal data on it's server. In our database we store your Jira domain and addon related settings. We need to store the domain to distinguish users and support authentication.
Also the plugin does not store any data in browsers' cache. Once you close or leave a page with the plugin, the browser looses all data.
Backups
The plugin is hosted on the Amazon cloud (AWS) were daily server and database backups are configured.
Recovery time objective is 48 hours. Recovery point objective is 24 hours.
Account removal and data retention
There is nothing to remove since the plugin does not store any data on the server. You just uninstall the plugin.
Data portability
There is nothing to port since the Cloud version of Encrypted Content for Confluence plugin does not store any valuable information on the server.
Application and infrastructure security
Cloud version of Encrypted Content for Confluence plugin utilizes security features provided by the Amazon cloud (AWS) infrastructure.
The application and the database servers are isolated from any external access.
All the communications between your browser, the application server and your Jira are encrypted.
Server version of Encrypted Content for Confluence

Server version of Encrypted Content for Confluence plugin stores only addon settings in your Jira database. It does not store any personal data.
Also the plugin does not store any data in browsers'Â cache. Once your close or leave a page with the plugin, the browser looses all data.
