Calendar export as embedded calendar

First, you will need to create an export for a given calendar as described in Creating and editing a calendar export.

Once a calendar export is created, you can copy and use either the generated HTML or URL, depending on available options and a medium you are using.

 

Embedding a calendar to Cloud Confluence page

For instance, you would like to embed your calendar to Confluence page.

Embed a calendar to webpage, using HTML code

Assuming, you have access to HTML macro in your Confluence, you’ll be able to embed a calendar by using the generated and copied HTML code.

Steps to do:

  1. On Confluence page that you want to add an embedded calendar, click the Pencil button at the top of the page

  2. Then, click the Insert button and select the option View more

 

3. Search for “macro“. Once found, click the Insert button.

4. On a dialog, insert the copied generated HTML code you’ve obtained in a calendar export. Then, click Save.

5. The final step is to click the button Publish.

 

Embed a calendar to webpage, using URL

In case you don’t have access to HTML macro in your Confluence, you can embed a calendar by using the generated URL, in calendar export.

Steps to do:

  1. On Confluence page that you want to add an embedded calendar, click the Pencil button at the top of the page

  2. Then, click the Insert button

  3. In Search box, type in “/iframe“

 

4. Once Iframe is added, insert the copied URL. Then, provide the width and height for embedded calendar.

 

5. You’ll be able to see a preview of embedded calendar. Once satisfied with preview, click Publish.
