Standard report
To create a standard report, go to the Report tab.
|
Click on the Fields button to open the Report Fields Configuration dialog window.
|
Here you can configure the fields to be displayed in a standard report. By default, the four fields are configured for the reports: Σ Project (aggregated project), Key, Day, and User(s).
|
To add, remove or rearrange the fields, use drag-and-drop in the Report Fields Configuration window.
Before generating a report, please make sure that all required sources and users are enabled, on the left panel. Besides, please check the selected start and end dates.
You can choose one of the preset periods from the dropdown or change the dates manually by adjusting the Start date and End date fields.
Starting the app version 5.6.x, a custom period can be selected in reports, in addition to the standard periods such as day, week, month and quarter.
|
Finally, click the Generate report button to generate a report:
|
The generated report has static header and footer. This comes handy when it contains a lot of data.
|
Horizontal scrolling was introduced in the app version 7.0 for reports with numerous columns.
You can easily remove or add fields, change the date range or adjust sorting and grouping applied to the current report and generate a new one as many times as necessary. Simply edit the current configuration and/or settings without leaving the page and click the Generate report button again.
To download a report, click the Download spreadsheet icon.

Expand or collapse groups and subgroups in reports
Starting with app version 8.2, you can expand or collapse groups and subgroups in generated report, assuming you’ve used the Group by option.
For instance, see the image below where events are grouped by two fields Day (1) and Event source (2).
On February 24th, 2025, the Day group is expanded, displaying two subgroups (3)
On February 25th, 2025, the Day group is expanded, but the subgroups are collapsed (4)
On February 26th, 2025, the Day group is fully collapsed (5)
