Company Calendar for Jira v 6.1.x: Custom sources

Starting the app version 6.0, a user can enable email notifications for the events based on custom sources, assuming the email notifications are globally enabled by an admin, in the app configuration.

In addition to such sources as Jira dates, Jira sprints, and Jira versions, custom sources can be added to the calendar configuration.

Custom sources can be based either on default event types or any custom-defined event types. The event types are selected when adding a new source to the calendar configuration.

The default event types are:

Business trips
Meetings
Sick days
Vacations and leaves.

To suit your specific business needs, custom-defined event types can be created by admin only and later used to add event sources to calendars.

For your convenience, when a custom source is added to a calendar, its name is automatically filled in with the name of the selected event type.
