One Calendar provides multiple views and display options to help you organize information according to your planning needs.
Calendar Views
Different views are available depending on how you want to analyze information.
Time Grid
Use Time Grid when detailed scheduling is important. Events are displayed against an hourly timeline, making it easier to identify overlaps and available time slots.
Calendar
Calendar View provides a traditional daily, weekly, or monthly layout and is ideal for general planning and schedule reviews.
List
List View displays events in chronological order and is useful when reviewing activities over a selected period.
Timeline
Timeline View focuses on long-term planning and helps visualize work across dates, users, and resources.
Enable Full Screen mode
Enable Full Screen mode to maximize the calendar workspace and focus on planning and scheduling activities.

Display Options
The calendar can be customized to display information in different ways.

Switch between Day, Week, Month, and Quarter periods
Show or hide weekends
Display detailed daily totals

Working with Events
Events are the primary elements displayed on the calendar.
Depending on the configured sources, events may represent Jira issues, meetings, worklogs, vacations, planning activities, or custom events.
Selecting an event allows you to:
View event details
Open related Jira information
Review assigned users
Perform available event actions

Daily Totals
Daily Totals provide a quick overview of the amount of work scheduled for a specific day.
When detailed totals are enabled, additional breakdowns by source are displayed, helping you understand where the workload originates.
Hover over a total to review how work is distributed across event sources.
