Minutes in Slot

Controls the time interval displayed in the Time Grid view.

Smaller intervals provide more detailed scheduling, while larger intervals reduce visual complexity and allow more information to fit on the screen.

Slot Height

Controls the height of time slots in the Time Grid view.

  • High provides more space for event details.

  • Low allows more time slots to be visible without scrolling.

Start and End Hours

Define the default time range displayed in the Time Grid view.

Adjust these values to focus on your typical working hours and reduce unnecessary scrolling.

Calendar Position

Determines which date is displayed when opening or refreshing the calendar.

  • Current Date always opens the calendar on today's date.

  • Last Viewed Date returns to the date that was viewed during the previous session.

Event Height

Controls how event information is displayed within event blocks.

  • One Line displays event information on a single line.

  • Adjust to Content automatically increases event height when additional information is displayed.

Enable Display each field on a new line to improve event readability when multiple fields are shown on event blocks.

Default Event Minutes

Defines the default duration used when creating new date-time events without a specified end time.

Using a default duration can speed up event creation and ensure consistent scheduling.

Clear Cache Interval

Controls how frequently calendar data is refreshed.

  • More frequent refreshes ensure the latest data is displayed.

  • Longer intervals improve performance by reducing the number of data requests.

When set to Never, the maximum amount of data is cached. Changes made outside the application may not be immediately reflected.

Selecting Do not cache forces data to be retrieved on every interaction, which may impact performance.

Daily Totals Display

Daily Totals display the total number of scheduled hours or days for each calendar date.

You can choose whether Daily Totals are displayed on the calendar.

Daily Totals may be displayed for dates outside the currently selected period.

However, these values are not included in the Grand Total shown in the upper-left corner of the calendar.

For example, if the selected period is November, Daily Totals for events scheduled in October may still be visible, but those values are not included in the November Grand Total.
