Gantt chart management
To create a new Gantt chart click Create button on Home page.

This will open Chart configuration screen.
Gantt chart filtering
The Gantt home page offers a user the ability to filter the charts by:
status
chart name
chart ownership by user
Starting with app version 9.0.x, filtering by a single user or multiple users is available, not limited to yourself

Gantt chart direct link
To have a quick access to a chart, a user can copy a direct link to the chart, assuming he is granted the chart visibility permission.

Gantt chart copying
The app users can now copy an existing Gantt chart given that they are granted the global app permission “Chart creation“.

All chart configuration data is copied from an initial chart to a new one, including the resource calendars, team assignment, team association and conditional colors, with the only exception for the enabled Impersonated view, on Security tab.
Deleting Gantt chart
A chart can be removed either by clicking 
Delayed Gantt chart removal was introduced in the app version 5.0 to allow users to recover a deleted chart and all its data within 7 days after removal. This is especially helpful when a chart was deleted by accident.

Once a chart is removed, its status is automatically changed to ‘DELETED’.
To restore a recently deleted chart, go to the Home page and change its status by selecting any available option from the status dropdown.

Changing Chart ownership
Starting the app version 9.0.x changing the Chart Ownership is available.
This allows transferring ownership to another user, ensuring the right person has control over chart settings and management. The new owner will gain full permissions previously held by the original chart owner
There are times when the owner of a Gantt chart needs to be changed, for example, when the current owner has left the company or moved to another role.
Only users who are granted both global permissions “App visibility“ and “Chart creation“ can become new chart owners.
When changing the Gantt chart owner, please keep in mind the following functionality that may be affected:
chart shares
Due to a change in chart ownership, some chart shares may no longer work. Please review the chart shares and re-create them if necessary.
impersonated view
Due to a change in chart ownership, impersonated view may no longer work. Please review the impersonation in chart configuration.
