Key shortcuts

Gantt Suite supports several key shortcuts that can be useful for users familiar with them.

Shortcuts for Column Headers

• Left/Right Arrow Keys – Navigate through column headers

• Home/End – Navigate to the first/last column header

• Space/Enter – Sort the current column

• Down Arrow – Move to the rows with tasks

Shortcuts for Task Rows

• Up/Down Arrow Keys – Navigate through task rows

• Page Down/Page Up – Navigate to the bottom-most/top-most task row

• Space – Select the current task row

• Shift + Up/Down Arrow Keys – Collapse/Expand branch

Shortcuts for Task Cells

• Up/Down/Left/Right Arrow Keys - navigate over Task cells

• PageDown/PageUp - navigate to the first/last cell in a column

• Home/End - navigate to the first/last cell in a column

• Space - select a task

• Enter – Open inline editing (if applicable)
