Dependency Highlighting
Dependency Highlighting helps you quickly visualize task relationships in the Gantt chart.
When enabled, selecting a task highlights its incoming and outgoing dependencies in different colors, making it easy to identify predecessor and successor tasks and follow dependency chains across the project plan.
This feature is particularly useful when working with large projects that contain many interconnected tasks, helping you better understand task relationships without manually tracing dependency links.
Enable Dependency Highlighting
Open a Gantt chart.
Check Dependency Highlighting in the toolbar, under Show.
Select a task in the chart.
The chart will automatically highlight:
Incoming dependencies (predecessor tasks)
Outgoing dependencies (successor tasks)
To disable highlighting, check Dependency Highlighting again.
