One Calendar gadget
One Calendar
You can add a One Calendar gadget to the dashboards.
|
Once the Calendar gadget is added to a dashboard, it has to be configured by selecting the desired calendar(s) and calendar position.
Multiple calendars can be configured to be displayed in the Calendar gadget.
Starting from app version 9.2.x, calendars can be combined in the Work Time Calendar gadget only if they share the same resource settings.
This includes:
Resource mode
Resource field
The system automatically restricts selection of calendars with different resource settings. Calendars with incompatible configurations cannot be selected together in the gadget.
If a calendar’s resource settings are changed after the gadget has been configured with multiple calendars and no longer match the selected calendars, an error message may appear and the gadget may stop displaying data correctly. In this case, you need to edit the gadget configuration and update the calendar selection
Additionally the gadget height can be either adjusted to its content or stay fixed. Event height can be configured in the Jira gadget for better readability, fields can be displayed on separate lines.
Users can navigate through the calendar by switching between different modes, clicking the left and right arrows, clicking the dates or week numbers, or by using the calendar attached to the calendar header.
Timesheets
In addition, users can utilize the Timesheets by Issue and Timesheets by User gadgets by adding them to a dashboard.
Once configured, the Timesheets by User gadget might look similar to the one below:
Similarly, the configured Timesheets by Issue gadget might look as follows:
Starting the app version 9.3, users can configure the Timesheets gadget based on Jira groups. This allows displaying worklogs for all users who belong to selected Jira groups without adding users individually.
