Navigating the Calendar
One Calendar provides several tools that help you quickly find information, switch between calendars, and focus on the work that matters most.
Calendar Selection, Filtering, and Time Allocation
The top-center panel provides quick access to tools that help you control which information is displayed on the calendar and how workloads are calculated.
Use the toggle to switch between the following options:
|
|---|
Calendar Selection
Use the Calendar Picker to select one or more calendars to display.
Displaying multiple calendars together allows you to compare schedules, review work across projects, and coordinate activities between teams without switching between separate calendar views.
Quick Filters
Quick Filters help you temporarily narrow down the events displayed on the calendar.
Filters can be applied to supported Jira fields such as Assignee, Status, Priority, and other configured fields.
A blue badge shows how many filters are currently applied.
Time Allocation Mode
Time Allocation Mode controls how workload and capacity information is calculated and displayed throughout the calendar.
Use this option to define the period used when reviewing workload distribution and planning activities.
The selected mode affects information displayed in workload-related areas of the calendar.
