Jira versions sources
Jira Versions sources allow you to display Jira project versions and releases as calendar events. Version events are generated automatically based on version data from Jira.
Use this source to visualize release dates and track planned or released versions directly on your calendar.
Configure a Jira Versions Source
After adding a Jira Versions source, configure the following settings:
Source name — enter a name for the source.
Colors — choose the event background and text colors.
Project — select the Jira project whose versions should be displayed.
Event display — choose how version events are shown on the calendar.
Release status — select which versions should appear based on their release status.
Once the source is saved, matching Jira versions are displayed automatically..

Jira version events cannot be created manually from the calendar. They are based on version data configured in Jira.
Changes made to versions in Jira are reflected on the calendar.
