Global settings configuration

On the Global settings tab, administrators can configure key settings that affect how the calendar behaves across projects.

• Disable calendar export to comply with internal security or data protection policies.

• Define who will appear as the event organizer for events exported outside the One Calendar, either the reporter or the assignee.

• Control whether the One Calendar app is visible in the project sidebar, depending on business needs.

• Exclude non-Jira users from user suggestions, which is especially helpful for hiding Jira Service Management customers.
