Fix Worklog Limits
To accommodate the recently introduced Jira Cloud limit of 10,000 worklogs per issue, Work Time Tracking Calendar now includes new functionality to manage this restriction.
When a user selects an issue that has reached the limit and attempts to save a worklog, a warning dialog appears indicating that the issue has been flagged for administrator review.
The administrator can navigate to the "Fix Worklog Limits" page to review the flagged issue.
The administrator can resolve the limit using one of three options, such as:
- Suggesting an alternative issue for reporting;
- Moving worklogs to other issue(s);
- Deleting worklogs as needed.
After the fix, users can log work using the suggested solution.
