Managing Sources and Users
The Sources and Users panel allows you to control which information is visible on the calendar.
Managing Sources
Sources determine where calendar events originate.
You can show or hide individual sources to focus on specific projects, calendars, or event types without modifying the underlying configuration.
Selecting or deselecting a source immediately updates the calendar view.
Managing Users
The Users view allows you to focus on specific team members and better understand individual workloads and schedules.
You can quickly show or hide users and adjust the calendar view to display only the people relevant to your current planning activity.
Inactive users are displayed in red for easier identification.
Planning Mode
Planning Mode helps organize workloads and review scheduling information across users and resources.
Use Planning Mode when balancing workloads or reviewing resource allocation.

Hover over a user's avatar to view additional information, including:
Name
Email
Local time
View Profile
Assigned Issues
Reported Issues
The displayed information follows your Jira permissions and personal settings.
This information helps you quickly understand user availability and navigate to relevant Jira data without leaving the calendar.
