Implement show / collapse for time-sheets groups and subgroups

So far I see 3 minor bugs:

1. There are 2 group rows when the grouped field has in icon.

2. Pls adjust the title for Expand/Collapse icon: Collapse/Expand Group

3. The expand/collapse icon for the child groups is not reset when the parent group is collapsed and then expanded.
