Epic link removal due to task reordering

Description

Epic link removal:

  • in case we removed epic display from a chart via chart’s jql, first. Then, changed the order of the issue linked to an epic. Please see an example below

  • in case we did some task grouping. Then, changed the order of the issue linked to an epic within one of the groups. Please see an example below

Changes:

  • implicitly indicate when to change the parent (when moving tasks to an epic or subtasks to a task)

  • add a message to notify the user of Epic or Parent changes

  • forbid moving to root unless projects are hidden

  • prohibit moving tasks to the root of another project
