The enhancements agreed upon based on today’s team discussion:
1. From now on, we do not save any dates for unscheduled tasks, and thus do not store any baseline dates and delays for them;
2. If a task was ones scheduled and a baseline saved for it, but later the task’s dates were cleared (this refers to old unscheduled tasks, too, since we previously saved dates for them):
- we keep the baseline data;
- however, we do not show any delays for such tasks.

@Sviatoslav Dubyniak The delay is shown in the table column for the tasks but not for the project level:

We agreed to only display the delay for the task. If the end date precedes the planned end day in the baseline, we show nothing to avoid distracting the user, as we do during task dragging and tooltip display.

In this Delay column we could show positive and negative values. Positive when task is delayed, negative when task gets finished earlier than baseline.
As the customer suggested during the meeting, it would be nice for an app user to see the task delays in the left-side grid columns.
Since multiple baselines can be created for one chart, suggesting to show a delay based on currently selected baseline.
In addition, we may want to show a delay information in regards to date changes, once a user hovers over the initial task position (baseline position).
To be further discussed.
