Encrypted Content for Confluence app installation is simple. In the Cloud version, go to Settings →  Apps → Find new apps. 

Then, type "Encrypted Content", find the Encrypted Content for Confluence app, and install it. After app installation, the Encrypted Content will be available for insertion into your document.
