Did you know that you can import the Outlook calendar events to the Work Time Tracking Calendar? Moreover, there are two ways of doing it: static and live.

To add Outlook events to the Work Time Calendar as live feed, please sign into your Outlook on the web account and open your calendar.

Once in the calendar, please click the Settings icon at the top right corner of the window.

Next, click the View all Outlook settings button at the bottom of the Settings window.

In the next window, switch to the Shared calendars tab and navigate to the Publish a calendar section of the page.

Then, pick a calendar you wish to import into the WTC app and calendar permissions from the dropdowns.

Make sure to select the Can view all details permissions option. It allows to import all details of events from your Outlook calendar into a WTC calendar, including the event summary, time, description and attendees, if any.

Finally, click the blue Publish button and copy the generated ICS link.

Once you have the ICS link, please create an iCalendar source in Work Time Tracking Calendar and configure it, using the link.

As soon as you click Save, an iCalendar source and events from Outlook will be displayed in a WTC calendar.

To add Outlook events to the Work Time Calendar as static feed, in Outlook calendar, please go to the top left corner of the screen and click File.

Then, click Save Calendar, on the left side bar, in order to save the Outlook calendar in ICS file.

Once you have the file, please create iCalendar source in Work Time Tracking Calendar and configure it, using the file.
