Data Collection and Usage

BrizoIT Bridge to Google Calendar for Jira app collects the following Google user data:

  • Google User Account Data: Email address, full name, and avatar link

  • Google API Data: Google API refresh token, calendar event details (name, description, dates, time, type), and list of Google calendars (names, IDs, access level)

This data is used to:

  • Display user information within the app

  • Synchronize Jira issues with Google Calendar events

  • Access and manage Google calendars (create, edit, delete events)

Data Storage

Collected data is stored securely on Amazon cloud servers with daily backups. Access tokens and other sensitive information are encrypted.

Data Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

User Control

Users can revoke access and delete their data by uninstalling the app and removing permissions from their Google account settings.
