Create support zip
Go to Jira Administration → System
Select Troubleshooting and support tools → Create support zip and click the Customize zip button
Most likely we’ll only need application logs. So please unselect all other options, like shown on the image below, and click Save button.
Now, click the Create zip button.
This will generate support zip. Please share this file with us by attaching it to the customer support ticket or by sending via email.
