Event Sources tab

Event Sources determine what information is displayed on your calendar. Each source retrieves data from a specific location, such as Jira issues, worklogs, sprints, versions, or custom events, and displays it as calendar events

Manage Event Sources

Once a source has been added, you can manage it directly from the Event Sources list.

Edit a Source

To update a source configuration, select the source from the list and modify the required settings. Changes are applied after saving the calendar configuration.

Reorder Sources

Drag and drop sources to change their order in the Event Sources list.

The source order may affect how events are displayed when multiple sources provide overlapping information.

Delete a Source

Use the Delete action to permanently remove a source from the calendar.

Deleting a source removes its configuration and all events provided by that source from the calendar. This action does not delete any data from Jira or other connected systems.

Copy Source

Use the Copy button in a source configuration to create a duplicate of an existing calendar source. All source settings, configured fields, and conditional colors are copied, allowing you to reuse existing configurations without recreating them manually.
