Export to Outlook

First, you will need to create an export for the desired calendar as described in Create and edit calendar export.

Once the calendar export is created, copy the generated iCal URL.

 

 

iCalendar feed includes events 3 months back and 1 year ahead.

Open the Outlook calendar. On the Home tab, click on the Open Calendar button. 

In a dialog, insert the copied generated link:

The events from the Company Calendar will be shown in your Outlook calendar. 

Starting the app version 8.1, user emails are visible in iCalendar feeds regardless of the Jira email visibility settings in case a calendar export has the ‘Display users’ option selected.
